What are the domestic and international shipping timelines?
Domestic orders within Pakistan typically arrive within 3-5 working days. International shipping varies by destination but generally takes 7-10 working days, excluding any customs processing time.
What is the return and exchange policy?
Items can be exchanged within 15 days of purchase provided they are unused, have all original tags attached, and are accompanied by the original invoice. Please note that sale items are generally not eligible for exchange.
How can I track my order status?
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email and SMS containing a tracking number. You can use this number on our courier partner's website to monitor your shipment in real-time.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) for domestic orders, as well as major credit/debit cards (Visa and Mastercard) and bank transfers for both local and international customers.
How do I ensure I choose the right size?
